Description

Apartament of 50m2 in Llançà totally renovated, terrace, sea views and capacity for 5 people, only 50m from the beach.
It has two bedrooms, one of them with a bunk bed and the other one with a double bed and an exterior window with access to the terrace. Entering the accommodation there is a complete bathroom with shower, and at the end of the hallway the kitchen, equipped with induction hob, toaster, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, crockery, cutlery and various utensils; living-dining room with a sofa-bed and direct access to the large terrace, fully equipped with garden furniture.
The accommodation does not have television, but you can enjoy free wifi and outdoor parking in the same building.
There is also a communal laundry area in the same building.
Please note that in your booking you will find included the tourist tax (Law 5/2012) which corresponds to 1,00€/person/day maximum 7 days (over 16 years old).
Supplements:
Air conditioning is only available in the dining room (charged at 0.25€/kw calculated with the consumption meter for air conditioning).
Pets have a cost of 45€.

The kitchen is functionality and the floor advantageous. The view from the terrasse is nicer.

2 hotplate is to less. 4 than better, and please check the air-condition. And also changed the mattress because my back is bad

Jours tranquilles à la Cau del Llop

Habitués de la Cau del Llop depuis des années, nous avons apprécié de retrouver le calme de la grande terrasse et surtout un appartement entièrement rénové. Même s´il n´est pas possible de pousser les murs pour agrandir salle d´eau et cuisine, ces lieux sont désormais bien équipés et agréables. Le remplacement des portes ouvrantes traditionnelles par des portes coulissantes est une très bonne chose.
