Description

Apartament of 50m2 in Llançà totally renovated, terrace, sea views and capacity for 5 people, only 50m from the beach.
It has two bedrooms, one of them with a bunk bed and the other one with a double bed and an exterior window with access to the terrace. Entering the accommodation there is a complete bathroom with shower, and at the end of the hallway the kitchen, equipped with induction hob, drip coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, crockery, cutlery and various utensils; living-dining room with a sofa-bed and direct access to the large terrace, fully equipped with garden furniture.
The accommodation does not have television, but you can enjoy free wifi and outdoor parking in the same building.
There is also a communal laundry area in the same building.
Please note that in your booking you will find included the tourist tax (Law 5/2012) which corresponds to 1,00€/person/day maximum 7 days (over 16 years old).
Supplements:
Air conditioning is only available in the dining room (charged at 0.25€/kw calculated with the consumption meter for air conditioning).
Pets have a cost of 45€.

tenim nens petits i hem fer servir bastant la cuina de l'apt. Hagués estat be tenir estris de cuina, plats i coberts millorats.

Un appartement très bien situé, avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. Orienté au nord, donc, pas trop chaud! Aménagements modernes et bien pensés. C'est la deuxième fois qu'on loue cet appartement et on espère le louer à nouveau l'année prochaine!

Les sols n'étaient pas très propres à notre arrivée...

Cela fait deux fois qu'on loue ici location avec vue mer superbe et 100 mètres et vous avez les pieds dans l'eau très bien situé on reviendra

Le seul peut point négatif est les places de parking un peu trop serrés Si la voiture à côté de vous se gare mal vous ne pouvez pas garer la vôtre

La situation, le logement, l´accueil des habitants, la beauté de Llança font que nous passons d´agréables vacances. Le rez-de-chaussée, nous corresponds par rapport à mes soucis de santé, vue sur la mer sans avoir d´étages. Le frigo ainsi que le congélateur et la présence d´un four. L´aménagement sanitaire et la transformation de la penderie.la clim qui nous a permis de dormir . la wifi pour la recherche d´infos et la communication avec la famille.

cela fait deux années que nous occupons les lieux et le logement nous corresponds et satisfait à nos besoins.
