50 m2 apartment in Llançà completely renovated, terrace, sea views and capacity for 5 people. Located on the second sea line, just 50m from the beach.
It has two bedrooms, one with a bunk bed and the other with a double bed with an exterior window that gives access to the terrace. Upon entering the accommodation, there is a full bathroom with a shower, and at the end of the corridor the kitchen, equipped with an induction hob, drip coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, crockery, cutlery and various utensils; living room with a sofa bed and direct access to the spacious terrace, fully equipped with garden furniture.
The accommodation does not have a television, but you can enjoy WiFi and free outdoor parking in the same building.
They also have a communal laundry area in the same building.
You are informed that in your booking you will find included the tourist tax (Law 5/2012) which corresponds to €1.00/person/day maximum 7 days (over 16 years old).
Supplements:
They may have air conditioning only in the dining room (0.38€/kw will be charged, calculated with the air conditioning consumption meter).
Pets have a cost of 45€.
