Contract conditions (read carefully)

RESERVATION: To ensure the security of the client and ours and due to the current situation, the second payment will be made by bank card through our website or by phone no later than 7 days before your arrival.

DEPOSIT: On the day of your entry the deposit stipulated according to the type of accommodation will be deducted from your card, which can be between € 200 and € 400, you can only do so by bank card, said deposit will be returned during the week following your departure once checked that the apartment does not suffer any damage or malfunction. We recall that the tenant is in charge of repairs and destruction of material, due to misuse, and that the accommodation must be delivered to Blauhouse in perfect clean condition. Otherwise, your deposit will be deducted, previously informing the client of the amount to be discounted.

THE PRICE: indicated corresponds to the rent during the reserved period of the accommodation, including normal consumption of water, electricity and gas, as well as the necessary attention from Blauhouse. In air-conditioned apartments, electricity consumption is included up to a maximum of € 20 / week.

THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE: sheets, towels or final cleaning (you can rent the final cleaning service).

SERVICES OPTIONAL RENTAL SERVICES:

This year we suspend the service of renting sheets and towels for security.

Other optional rental services: cots, highchairs, extra beds, etc. consult prices directly with us (these elements will be available according to availability, we advise you to reserve it in advance).
Upon arrival you must also pay the mandatory tourist tax of the Generalitat de Catalunya.

ENTRY / COLLECTION OF KEYS: the keys will be collected at our Blauhouse office, the hours will be from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (June, July, August and September), during the other months, check in and out at Our offices. If you arrive outside these hours, please contact us so that we can provide you with the instructions in our mailbox.

DEPARTURE TIME AND RETURN OF KEYS: the accommodation must be vacated before 10:00 on the day of your departure, if you decide to leave your accommodation during our office hours you must give us the keys in hand, if you want to travel before our office is open you can deposit your keys in our mailbox. Remember Blauhouse will review your apartment following your key handover to verify that everything is correct and in good condition.
It is totally forbidden for the client to accommodate a number of people greater than the maximum capacity of the apartment, as well as to introduce animals, without the agreement of the agency. The client agrees to respect the rules of the community, especially regarding the use of swimming pools, barbecues, etc.

CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION: the indemnities that will be applied to the reservation deposit made (40% of the rent) and will be as follows: - 25% when the cancellation is made more than 6 weeks before the day of entry. - 50% when the cancellation is made between 6 and 4 weeks before the day of entry. - 100% when the cancellation is made less than 4 weeks before the day of entry.

As an exceptional case, and due to the current situation, if you cannot travel due to a governmental prohibition, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded or if the client prefers, dates may be changed according to availability.

BLAUHOUSE reserves the right, for reasons of force majeure or beyond the control of the agency, the substitution of the accommodation for another of similar characteristics or in case of non-compliance by the client, to cancel the contract by returning the entire amount deposited on account. The agency is not responsible for the misuse by the tenants of the facilities, services, or devices of the accommodation, of possible thefts or robberies inside the accommodation or in its common or annexed areas, of the use of the swimming pools, nor facilities that may be within the community areas, being strictly under the responsibility of the user.
